United States EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program
Americas investor residence & visas
The US EB-5 program grants a green card to investors who put US$1,050,000 (or US$800,000 in a TEA or infrastructure project) into a business creating 10 US jobs.
USCIS states the amounts will be inflation-adjusted every five years, with the first adjustment for petitions filed on or after 1 January 2027. Ignore the US$1.8 million / US$900,000 figures from the vacated 2019 rule.
Information only, not legal or immigration advice. Figures are as published by the official source on the date checked and can change without notice. Government fees, due diligence and professional costs are extra. Confirm every requirement with the official authority and a licensed adviser before you apply or invest.
